Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Affix the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated courier service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
